桌面推演在基层高致病性禽流感防控能力培训中的应用及培训满意度评价

目的：在基层高致病性禽流感防控能力培训中应用桌面推演方法，并了解和掌握培训对象满意度及其影响因素，为今后进一步提高我国基层卫生人员培训效率提供有益借鉴。方法：采用等级赋值法评价桌面推演方法在项目省基层高致病性禽流感防控能力培训中培训对象满意度。结果：使用桌面推演方法进行培训的地区培训对象满意度分别为海城4．955分，芜湖4．908分，高于使用传统培训方法的黑山地区（4．737分）。结论：桌面推演的培训方式能够提高学员参与培训的积极性，与传统集中授课的教学方式相比，有利于提高教学质量和教学水平，增强学员自主学习的能力，对提高学员分析问题和解决问题的能力，强化培训效果具有很好的推动作用。
