| 摘 要： | 目的：运用多层螺旋CT图像后处理技术显示右肺各段支气管,对其分支形式进行分类。方法：选取232例行胸部扫描的患者,通过MPR、支气管树、仿真支气管镜重建出右肺各段支气管,分析不同方法的显示效果,计算各种分支形式出现的几率。结果：MPR图像利于发现各段支气管,并和支气管树图像一样能直观、准确的显示各段分支情况,仿真支气管镜可以作为其补充,从内腔区分共干长度较短的类型,分析结果：右肺上叶,尖段与前段共干4.3%,尖段与后段共干23.7%,前段与后段共干12.1%;中叶三分支型2.76%;下叶外侧基底段与前基底段共干41.4%。结论：MPR利于发现段支气管,MPR、三维支气管树图像立体效果显著,有利于活体支气管分支类型的判断,仿真支气管镜图像对支气管树图像在短共干中的不足起到很好的补充作用,通过多种后处理方法综合应用,能够对右肺段支气管发育变异的分支形式准确分类。 |
