| 摘 要： | RNA干扰(RNAi)是一种在动植物中广泛存在的通过双链RNA(dsRNA)分子在mRNA水平上诱导特异性序列基因沉默的过程。随着对RNAi研究的不断深入,其作用机制的逐步阐明,RNAi技术也日趋完善和成熟,作为一种新型研究工具已广泛应用于医学领域中,尤其在恶性肿瘤的研究中作用显著,有望成为攻克肿瘤、病毒性疾病及遗传性疾病的新手段。现就RNAi技术应用于妇科肿瘤的研究与治疗进行综述。
