我国基层医疗卫生机构基本药物增补目录制定现状分析

目的：了解我国基层医疗卫生机构基本药物增补目录的制定现状，为各地制定调整基本药物增补目录提供参考依据。方法：对各地增补目录进行描述性统计分析。结果：18个省（市）的基层医疗卫生机构基本药物增补目录在数量、种类、品种上存在较大差异和问题。结论：东中部增补目录药品数量明显多于西部；部分目录常见疾病药品配置不合理；药品相似性较低。建议基本药物增补目录必须与基层医疗卫生机构的诊疗范围相适应。
