| 摘 要： | 目的：为巫山淫羊藿饮片质量控制指标的选择提供科学依据。方法：对贵州不同产地的巫山淫羊藿生品和油炙品饮片,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,HPLC测定朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷含量。结果：巫山淫羊藿炮制后总黄酮含量降低,淫羊藿苷含量升高,朝藿定C含量有升有降。结论：巫山淫羊藿饮片以总黄酮、朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷等多指标进行质量评价为佳。
