摘    要:目的:研究肝外胆管细胞癌所致一过性肝密度差异(transient hepatic parenchymal attenuation differences,THAD)的临床意义。方法:搜集56例经病理证实的肝外胆管细胞癌患者,分析肝外胆管细胞癌及其所致THAD的影像学特征。另外搜集13例肝内其他病变患者,分析其THAD的影像学特征。结果:CT动态增强检查时,肝外胆管细胞癌与其所致的THAD强化不同步。肝内其他疾病所致THAD,不仅在肝内显示不同形态的THAD,而且可见肝实质内异常强化病灶。结论:肝外胆管细胞癌所致THAD具有其特征性影像学表现,正确认识THAD对于肝外胆管细胞癌的诊断、鉴别诊断及预后评估都具有非常重要的意义。
