| 摘 要： | 目的：观察墨西哥仙人掌多糖对人乳腺癌MFC-7细胞生长的抑制作用。方法：体外培养人乳腺癌MFC-7细胞，利用四甲基偶氮唑蓝染色法（MTT法）及倒置显微镜观察仙人掌多糖对人乳腺癌MFC-7细胞生长的抑制作用。结果：不同浓度的墨西哥仙人掌多糖均能够促进人乳腺癌MFC-7细凋亡或死亡，最大浓度的墨西哥仙人掌多糖的肿瘤细胞生长抑制率为78．7％。结论：墨西哥仙人掌多糖能够抑制人乳腺癌MFC-7细胞的生长。
