脑缺血/再灌注损伤机制研究进展

摘    要:脑缺血/再灌注损伤是多种机制参与的一种复杂病理生理过程,主要与自由基过度形成、兴奋性氨基酸毒性作用、细胞内钙超载、炎性反应等多种机制有关,多种环节因素之间又互相作用,进一步促进脑缺血/再灌注损伤后的神经功能破坏、脑梗死灶形成。脑缺血/再灌注损伤后通常出现神经细胞死亡和迟发性神经细胞死亡两种形式,后者是一种细胞主动性死亡,称之为凋亡,是脑缺血/再灌注损伤的最重要形式,受基因调控影响,机制尚不完全明确。

Abstract:Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is a complex pathophysiological process.There are various mechanisms involved,mainly including excessive formation of free radicals,toxic effect of excitatory amino acid,intracellular calcium overload,inflammatory reaction and so on,interaction of these varied factors further promote the neurological damage and the formation of cerebral infarction after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.This process always generate two forms of delayed neuron death,including nerve cel...
