| 摘 要： | 目的：研究探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影（MSCTA）在肺动静脉畸形诊断和治疗的应用价值。方法：收集在我院诊断与治疗肺动静脉畸形9例,使用Sensation 40层螺旋CT机做增强扫描,并对其进行肺血管三维重建。结果：MSCTA可以立体、直观地显示肺动静脉畸形的空间解剖细节,对其做出定性诊断,同时为治疗方案的制定及术后随访提供依据。结论：MSCTA是一种无创性成像方法,在肺动静脉畸形诊断和治疗中发挥着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study and discuss the clinical value of multi-slice helical CT angiography(MSCTA) in diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary arteriovenous fistula.Methods:Selecting nine cases in our hospital diagnosed and treatmented enhanced scan with Sensation 40-slice spiral.Results:MSCTA can clearly display special anatomical details,and can clearly diagnose pulmonary arteriovenous malformation and is also useful for therapeutic planning and postoperative follow-up.Conclusion:As a harmless examination method,... |
