| 摘 要： | 重型病毒性肝炎是危及生命的严重疾病,病情发展快速,由于缺乏特效的治疗方法,所以并发症多,病情凶险,常出现多器官功能衰竭,且预后不良,病死率极高。重型病毒性肝炎的治疗包括药物治疗、人工肝支持系统、肝细胞移植和肝移植等。近年来,在重型病毒性肝炎治疗方面有了较大进展(尤其是抗病毒药治疗),但在现阶段多环节的内科综合治疗仍然非常重要。
