| 摘 要： | 静脉麻醉药丙泊酚可通过影响血小板的聚集、血黏度及脂代谢等方面影响微循环。丙泊酚的使用时机、持续静脉给药时间及用量大小均可不同程度地影响微循环,而人体不同组织和器官的微循环变化情况也不尽相同。利用丙泊酚改善患者的微循环将对提高围术期安全大有裨益。但是目前关于丙泊酚对微循环的影响还未得出一致结论。
