无钛夹小操作孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术86例临床分析

目的探讨在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中运用丝线结扎阑尾动脉及阑尾根部的安全性及可靠性以及小操作孔的应用。方法 2009年7月至2010年12月间施行无钛夹小操作孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的86例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果平均手术时间为41.5 min,术后平均住院3 d,无严重并发症发生。结论无钛夹小操作孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术具有创伤小、康复快、安全可靠、手术费用低的优点,可消除钛夹留置体内对患者心理及磁共振检查产生的不利影响。

Clinical Analysis of 86 Cases of Small Operation Hole Laparoscopic Appendectomy without Titanium Clip

Objective To discuss the safety and reliability in ligating appendix artery and appendix root,and to discuss the application of small operation hole.Methods Analyzing the clinical data of 86 patients on whom the laparoscopic appendectomy via hole without titanium clamp were operated between July 2009 and December 2010.Results There was no serious complication during the 41.5 minutes′average operation time and the 3 days′average hospitalization time.Conclusion The laparoscopic appendectomy via hole without titanium clamp has the advantages of smaller trauma,quicker recovery,safer and more reliable operation,and lower cost.It can also eliminate the adverse effect of the residual titanium clips in body to both patients′psychology and magnetic resonance imaging.
