| 摘 要： | 抑郁症在临床上很常见,近年来抗抑郁药物发展很快。目前抗抑郁药物主要有5大类,不同类型之间的药理作用和不良反应不同,用药时应严密监测,新型药物与传统药物相比具有药效高、不良反应小的特点,临床上应注意合理用药。了解各类抗抑郁药物的疗效和安全性,对于提高抑郁症治疗效果、改善患者的生命质量具有非常重要的意义。
