摘    要:神经干细胞的研究迅速成为生命科学尤其是神经科学的热点,包括神经干细胞的分离、体外培养、定向分化到体内移植治疗神经系统疾病,都取得了较大的发展。广泛开展中药及其有效成分对神经干细胞定向分化影响的研究,为中药有效成分的提纯及临床应用奠定基础。在此探讨应用灵芝孢子联合脑源性神经生长因子对神经干细胞的增殖分化水平的影响,希望能为干细胞或前体细胞移植治疗相关疾病作有益探索。
