糖尿病肾病的早期诊断方法研究进展

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症之一。常规尿检查不易早期发现，一旦发生临床糖尿病肾病，尚缺乏有效方法控制其发展，大多数患者数年后转为慢性肾功能衰竭，威胁着糖尿病患者的生命。因此早期诊断可以早期干预、延缓糖尿病肾病的发展。目前认为，在早期糖尿病肾病诊断中临床指标有尿微量白蛋白、尿N-乙酰-β—D氨基葡萄糖苷酶、Br微球蛋白等。
