| 摘 要： | 传统的护理人员排班制度极易造成护理人员的较大工作压力和工作疲劳感。为避免护理事故的发生，武汉市某医院妇科实施责任小组连续性排班模式，减少了交接班次数和护理隐患，人力资源资源得到有效利用，临床护理质量有所提高，真正做到了患者满意、护士满意、社会满意，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | The traditional way of scheduling always bring about pressure and fatigue for paramedics.To avoid medical negligence,the gynae department of a hospital in Wuhan adopted the continuous Scheduling of responsibility groups which reduced times of reliving and hidden danger in nursing care.The new way of scheduling took full advantage of human resources,improved the nursing quality and won satisfactions from patients,nurses and society. |
