舒芬太尼应用于小儿麻醉新进展

舒芬太尼是一种强效的合成类阿片药物,具有起效快、良好的镇静镇痛作用,稳定的心血管效应的特点,目前已广泛应用于成人临床麻醉,但应用于小儿麻醉的研究较少。现结合相关文献,就舒芬太尼应用于小儿麻醉的药理学特点以及在麻醉诱导、维持、复苏、术后镇痛等方面进行阐述,为舒芬太尼应用于小儿腹腔镜手术麻醉提供新的思路。
