对河南部分地区人群艾滋病及结核病知识的调查

目的 了解河南省部分艾滋病（AIDS）高发村人群对AIDS及结核病知识的掌握情况，为今后制定控制AIDS合并结核病双重感染的政策和策略制定提供理论依据。方法 对河南省41个AIDS高发自然村＞15岁村民，包括村医、AIDS病人与艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染者、健康村民共8674人，以问卷形式进行逐项调查和记录。结果对AIDS知识掌握程度较高，村医为100％，HIV／AIDS患者≥99．89％，健康村民≥99．76％；而对结核病的认知却差，知晓结核病是呼吸道传播的，村医、HIV／AIDS患者、健康村民仪分别为11．65％、3．65％、27．86％；认知结核病无传染性的分别占19．90％、22．25％、25．95％；知道结核病症状的为73．97％、48．85％、36．63％。所有村民家庭经济水平较低。结论 村民对结核病的认知率低，应广泛开展AIDS合并结核病双重感染的宣传，定期培训乡村医生，尽快提高理论知识，改善村民的生活水平。

Investigation on the knowledge of AIDS and tuberculosis in population groups in parts of Henan province

Objective To find out AIDS and tuberculosis related knowledge among population groupsaged above 15 years in AIDS-high-infection villages in Henan province so as to provide theoretical basis for formulating policies and tractics of controlling AIDS complicated with tuberculosis infections. Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate the knowledge status among the 8 674 subjects including villages physicians,AIDS patients, HIV infected persons and healthy villagers. Results Among the respondents, 100 % of village physicians and 99.76 % of healthy villagers had better knowledge of AIDS; as to TB related knowledge. Only 11.65% of village doctors, 3.65% of people with HIV/AIDS and 27.86 % of healthy villagers understood thaht TB is a respiratory infectious disease; 19.90 % , 22.25 % , 25.95 % of them even thought that tuberculosis is not infective ; 73.79 % , 48.85 %, 36.63 % of them only knew something about the symptoms of tuberculosis. The financial conditions of all the respondents were rather bad. Conclusion It is important to propa gate deeply and widely the AIDS and tuberculosis related knowledge, to train village physicians regularly and to improve the living standards of the villagers.
