眼针与针药结合治疗痞满69例

目的：观察眼针与针药结合法治疗痞满的临床效果。方法：将127例痞满患者随机分为对照组（58）和治疗组（69）。对照组采用针药结合治疗,治疗组在针药结合治疗的基础上给予眼针治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组69例患者中,治愈57例,占82.61%;有效11例,占15.94%;无效1例,占1.45%。对照组58例中,治愈24例,占41.38%;有效26例,占44.83%;无效8例,占13.79%。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：眼针与针药结合治疗痞满疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Eye acupuncture and combined acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of 6 9 patients with mass at spleen

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of eye acupuncture and combined acupuncture and medicine in the threatment of mass at spleen. Methods： 127 patients with mass at spleen were randomly divided into the control group of 58 patientsand and the treatment group of 69 patients. The control group received the combined treatment of acupuncture and medicine while the treatment group received eye acupuncture treatment in addition to the combined acupuncture and medicine treatment. Clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results：69 patients of the treatment group, 57 cases were cured,accounting for 82.61%;11 cases were effective, accounting for15.94 %, 1 cases with no response , accounting for 1.45 %, with the total effective rate of 98.55%. 58 patients of the control group,24 cases were cured, accounting for 41.38% ;26 cases were effective ,accounting for 44.830%, 8 cases with no response , accounting for 13.79%, with the total effective rate of 86.21 %. There were significant differences of total effective rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Eye acupuncture and combined acupuncture and medicine is significantly effective on mass at spleen,thereby worthy of clinical application.
