妊娠期高血压患者的临床治疗探析

目的：探析妊娠期高血压患者的临床治疗方法和效果。方法：搜集2012年6月—2013年6月我院接收的妊娠期高血压53例患者,对其临床治疗的方法和效果进行总结性分析。结果：治疗后患者血压控制良好,均达到正常水平。53例患者中,15例剖宫产,38例自然分娩,无新生儿死亡病例,无孕产妇死亡病例,治疗效果较好,结果有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：解痉、镇静和降压是临床上治疗妊娠期高血压效果较好的综合治疗方式,必要时对患者进行终止妊娠,治疗效果较好,值得推广。

Analysis of the clinical treatment of patients with gestational hypertension

Objetive：Analysis of gestational hypertension clinical treatment methods and results.Methods：June 2012June 2013gestational hypertension in our hospital received 53patients,summary and analysis of the clinical effects of the treatment carried out.Results：After treatment,blood pressure is well controlled,have reached normal levels.53patients,15cases of cesarean section,38cases of natural childbirth,no neonatal deaths,no maternal deaths,treatment is better,the results were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：antispasmodic,sedative and antihypertensive effect of gestational hypertension is a better way of treating clinically comprehensive treatment of patients with termination of pregnancy,when necessary,treatment is effective,it is worth promoting.
