医院急诊精神疾病患者流行病学特征

目的 ：探讨医院急诊精神疾病患者流行病学特征,为临床治疗方案选择应用提供参考。方法：采用本院自行设计的调查问卷进行资料收集的方法,对在我院急诊就诊的精神病患者的性别、年龄、患病日期、文化程度、职业、婚姻状况、就诊方式、首次诊断的方式、去向等多个项目进行调查统计分析。结果：实际发放2386份调查问卷,共收到2315例调查反馈表,占全年急诊精神病患者的97.02%;其中患者男女比例为0.78：1,平均年龄37.46±16.5岁;每年的3月至5月是精神病患者急诊的高峰期;高中、初中及以下文化程度的工人、农民是急诊精神疾病患者的主要群体;心理障碍、酒精和精神分裂是导致急诊精神疾病患者的主要发病种类,占发病种类总数分别为29.5%、19.4%以及37.4%;首次就诊的患者有67.8%选择综合医院,剩下的选择专科医院。结论：本研究为常见的急诊精神疾病患者就诊时的流行病学特征进行统计归纳,对指导急诊专业人士培训有指导意义,同时对加强普及精神病卫生知识,针对不同的发病特诊采取针对性预防和治疗措施,减缓疾病的进一步发展。

In Patients With Mental Diseases Hospital Emergency Epidemiological Characteristics

Abstrac：Objective To explore hospital emergency mental illness epidemiological characteristics,provide reference for application in clinical treatment.Methods：Using our self-designed questionnaire for data collection method,for psychiatric patients in our hospital emergency department visits of gender,age,date of illness,culture level,occupation,wedding banquet,way,the way for the first time the diagnosis,to investigate the multiple projects such as statistical analysis.Results：Actual distribution of 2386 questionnaires,2315cases received survey feedback,accounting for 97.02%of the annual emergency psychiatric patients;One patient ratio was 0.78：1,mean age 37.46±16.5years old;The annual march to may is the peak period of emergency psychiatric patients;High school,junior high school,and the cultural level of workers,the farmers are the main group of emergency patients with mental illness;Psychological disorders,alcohol and schizophrenia is the most important cause of emergency patients with mental illness onset types,total incidence species are 29.5%,19.4%and 29.5%respectively;For the first time to see a doctor about 67.8%of patients have chosen general hospital,the choice of the remaining specialist hospital.Conclusion：This study for common mental illness medical emergency when the epidemiological characteristics of statistical induction,aguidance to guide emergency professional training,to strengthen the popularize mental health knowledge,at the same time for different special clinic targeted prevention and treatment measures,further development to slow the progress of the disease
