两种不同换药方法治疗Ⅱ期压疮的效果观察

目的 ：比较Ⅱ期压疮患者两种不同换药方法的效果。方法：将68例Ⅱ期压疮患者68处Ⅱ期压疮,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组34例常规采用百多邦加无菌纱布换药,观察组34例Ⅱ期压疮予美宝湿润烧伤膏联合藻酸钙钠盐敷料及多爱肤标准敷料换药,观察两组患者创面愈合情况。结果：观察组疗效优于对照组,观察组患者创面平均愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：美宝湿润烧伤膏联合藻酸钙钠盐敷料及多爱肤标准敷料换药治疗Ⅱ期压疮,具有治愈时间短、操作简便等优点,可在临床上推广应用。

Therapeutic effects of two methods for dressing change in treating stage II pressure sores

Objective：To observe the effect of two different dressing for stageⅡpressure sore of patients.Methods：68cases of patients with 68stageⅡpressure sores,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,34cases in the control group by using conventional Bactroban and sterile gauze dressing;observation group of 34cases treated with MEBO combined with alginates dressing and duoderm standard dressing,two groups were observed the healing condition of the wounds.Results：in the observation group was better than control group,the patients in observation group the average wound healing time was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：MEBO combined with alginates dressing and duoderm standard dressing for stageⅡpressure sore has the advantages of short curing time,simple operation,can be widely applied in clinical practice.
