| 摘 要： | 我 们的实验观察了红花提取物对体外ADP诱导的血小板聚集和体内血栓 形成的作用。结果发现红花提取物能明显抑制ADP诱导的兔血小板聚集，显抑制大鼠实验性血栓形成并延长其凝血时间和凝血酶时间。

| Abstract: | In this study, we have observed the effects of extracting from Carthamus tinctorium L on blood coagulation, platelet aggregation and thrombosis. The results indicated that the extracting could markedly inhibit ADP-induced blood platelet aggregation of rabbits in vitro. In addition, it could prolong the blood coagulation time and exhibited an inhibitory effect on thrombus formation in rat. |
