| 摘 要： | 目的评价耳穴贴压法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法采用同期随机单盲对照方法。治疗组42例采用耳穴贴压法，对照组38例采用中成药治疗。15天为1个疗程，最多不超过2个疗程治疗。结果与结论治疗组总有效率为97．6％，对照组总有效率为73．7％。两组比较差异有统计学意义，治疗组明显优于对照组。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect of auricular plaster therapy on vertebral artery-type cervical spondylopathy. Methods A prospective, single-blind, randomized controlled trial was designed. A treatment group of 42 cases was treated by auricular plaster therapy and a control group of 38 cases, with prepared Chinese medicine. One course of treatment consisted of fifty days. Treatment did not exceed two course. Results and Conclusion The total efficacy rate was 97.6% in the treatment group and 73.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups. The curative effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group. |
