| 摘 要： | 当前,医患关系日趋紧张.如何把"以病人为中心"的医院管理理念落实到实处、构建和谐的医患关系成为医院管理者义不容辞的责任.创新是组织发展的灵魂.中山一院作为华南地区的龙头三甲医院,通过医院文化创新,在院内加强医院文化建设,从医院文化的物质、行为、制度三个层面人手,提高服务意识,改善医患沟通;对外整合医疗资源,输出医院文化和技术,兼管社区医院,从根本上解决"看病难、看病贵"的问题,营造一方和谐的医患关系.
