非那根辅助治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效观察

目的观察非那根辅助治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法采用免疫层析快速法检测2005年11月至2006年1月门诊就诊的急性水样泻婴幼儿的粪便标本,确诊轮状病毒感染的120例。随机分成常规治疗组(n=60)和联合非那根治疗组(n=60)。结果联合非那根治疗组止泻时间为43.37±12.32 h,退热时间34.10±11.92 h;对照组止泻时间为52.63±16.44 h,退热时间为42.23±12.53 h,二组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05),效果明显,而且未见任何毒副作用。治疗72 h后,联合非那根治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组则为83.33%,两者相比差异无显著性(P=0.228)。结论非那根辅助治疗轮状病毒肠炎可显著缩短发热和腹泻时间。该方法简单易行,经济方便,值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect of promethazine on rotavirus enteritis in infants

Aim To investigate the curative effect of promethazine on rotavirus enteritis in infants.Methods 120 children with rotavirus enteritis were divided at random into two groups,60 for the control group and were treated with routine drugs,60 for the treatment group and were treated with oral promethazine and routine drugs.Results The significant differences in the time of checking diarrhea and pyretolysis were found between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),but the efficiency was not obvious after 72 hours(93.33% vs.83.33%,P=0.228).And no toxin or negative effects were found.Conclusion Promethazine is maybe an effective method for adjunctively treating rotavirus enteritis and worth being spread.
