工娱疗法对住院精神分裂症患者康复的影响

目的：探讨工娱疗法对住院精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法：将100例精神分裂症患者随机分为单纯药物治疗组（对照组）和药物治疗合并工娱治疗组（研究组）,两组各50例。60次为1疗程。采用简明精神病量表（BPRS）、住院患者护士的观察量表（NOSIE-30）、社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）评定康复效果。结果：研究组在精神疾病的康复、自知力恢复、生活适应能力、社会功能恢复等方面明显优于对照组。结论：工娱疗法对住院精神分裂症患者可促进其康复。

The rehabilitative influence on hospitalization's schizophrenic by using occupation recreational therapy

Objective:To explore the rehabilitative influence on hospitalization's schizophrenic by using occupation recreational therapy.Methods:One hundred schizophrenics were randomly divided into simple drug treatment group(control group)and drug treatment affiliated with occupation recreational therapy group(study group),fifty cases in every group.The course of the treatment was sixty times.The brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),nurses' observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOISE-30),social disability screening schedule(SDSS)were adopted to evaluate the rehabilitation efficacy.Results:In mental chisorder's rehabilitation,reablement of insight,living adaptive faculty,the recuperation of social function and so on,the study group manifestly outstrip ped the control group.Conclusion:Occupation recreational therapy can promote the schizophrenic's rehabilitation.
