| 摘 要： | 目的对测定ＳＯＤ活性的化学发光和化学比色法进行比较。方法采用这两种方法，分别测定保健食品功能评价动物试验（小鼠）血清中的ＳＯＤ的活性。结果ＳＯＤ化学发光测定系统灵敏度高，特异度好，稳定性好，步骤简单。结论ＳＯＤ化学发光测定系统较具推广价值。

| Abstract: | bjective To study the
differences among the methods of measuring SOD activity. Methods Comparison between
chemiluminescent method and chemical chromatometry was made. The SOD activity in serum
of mice, which were treated by functional food, was measured by chemiluminescent method and
chemical chromatometry, respectively. Results Chemiluminescent method was superior to
chemical chromatometry in sensitivity, specificity, stability, simplicity and rapidity. Conclusion
The chemiluminescent method would be popularized as an effective method for measuring SOD
activity. |
