上海市徐汇区性病流行特征及其分析

的探讨徐汇区性病流行特征及其趋势。方法对徐汇区１９８９～１９９７年的性病报告资料进行分析。结果１９８９～１９９７年，徐汇区的性病流行呈现高速、持续和中速增长三个时期，１９８９～１９９１年平均增长７５．６３％；１９９２～１９９４年平均增长２１．６６％；１９９５～１９９７年平均递增５０．１８％。淋病为优势病种；１９９５年以前２０～３９岁为高发年龄段，１９９５年以后，２０～４４岁为高发年龄段；文化层次较低者发病数较多；工人和经商者发病率较高；新生儿和儿童淋病明显增多；梅毒的发病数在逐年增加，呈现出高速增长态势。结论性病防治工作的重点是加强性病防治机构建设，实行匿名就诊，加强对高危人群监测和重点行业人群的宣传教育。

The characteristics and analysis of sexually transmitted diseases in Xuhui district

Objectives To explore the characteristics and trend of sexually transmitted diseases(STD)in Xuhui district. Methods By analyzing the case report data of Xuhui district in 19891997. Results From 1989 to 1997 the STD passed 3 stages: a rapid increasing, maintaining and moderate increasing stages. Average annual increase in 19891991 was 75.63%, in 19921994 was 21.66%, in 19951997 was 50.18%. Gonorrhea was the predominant disease. Before 1995 it occurs chiefly at 2039 years of age. After 1995, 2044 years of age was the high incidence age. Gonorrhea occurred more often among those with lower educational level. Workers and bussiness people had higher incidence. There were marked increase of cases among new born babies and children. Cases of syphilis increased every year and showed rapid increasing trend. Conclusions The key points of STD prevention are to strengthen the network of institution of STD prevention and curation, to implement anonymous clinics, strengthen the monitor of the high risk population and give health education to those working in focal jobs.
