某工地外来儿童麻疹暴发调查

目的对一拆房工地发生的一起麻疹暴发进行调查处理。方法流行病学调查和血清学检测。结果４例患儿麻疹ＩｇＭ抗体均阳性，麻疹血液抑制抗体阳性率１００％，ＧＭＴ≥１：３２。暴发原因系首例病人未及时就诊以及外来人口未进行免疫接种所致。结论做好外来人口的卫生防疫工作，克服免疫空白，消除疾病暴发的隐患，已成为我们当务之急的工作。

A report about measles outbreak among nonlocal children at a site

bjective To understand the cause of measles outbreak at a building site. Methods Epidemiological survey and serological test were used for children at the site. Results Four children's IgM antibodies and blood inhibiting antibodies were positive,GMT1:32. The outbreak was caused by the first infectious patient who had not seeked medical advice on time ,and the nonlocal children had not been immunized. Conclusion It has been our important work that we should enhance the sanitary and anti - epidemic affairs of the nonlocal population,conquer the blank fields in immunization and remove the hidden troubles that may cause outbreak of the infectious diseases.
