| 摘 要： | 目的探讨黄芩甙对前列腺癌细胞株 DU145生长的影响的作用机制。方法采用不同浓度的黄芩甙处理细胞后,用 MTT 比色分析法反映细胞生长增殖变化;流式细胞仪测定细胞周期分布。结果 50～500μmol/L 黄芩甙对前列腺癌细胞株 DU145有一定的抑制作用,并呈时间和剂量依赖关系;流式细胞仪检测细胞周期分布变化,DU145随药物浓度及作用时间,G_1期细胞比例逐渐增高,并出现典型的凋亡峰。结论黄芩甙能明显抑制前列腺癌细胞增殖,具有直接抗肿瘤作用。
