洛索洛芬钠片辅助治疗骨关节炎的疗效及不良反应

目的探讨洛索洛芬钠片辅助治疗骨关节炎的效果及不良反应。方法选择2018年1月至2020年1月郑州市骨科医院收治的150例确诊为骨关节炎的患者作为观察对象,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。对照组基于玻璃酸钠注射液治疗,每周行关节腔内注射25 mg,5次为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察组在此基础上联合洛索洛芬钠片,每次60 mg,每天3次,持续治疗10周。比较治疗前后两组患者关节滑液肿瘤坏死因子、细胞白介素水平;患者疼痛程度、膝关节功能以及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.33%(73/75),对照组为84.00%(63/75),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组之间的VAS和WOMAC评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组膝关节疼痛和疼痛的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组上述炎性因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.67%(2/75),低于对照组(12%,9/75),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洛索洛芬钠片能有效患者患者疼痛和膝关节症状,提高患者治疗效果且疗效确切,值得借鉴。

Effect and adverse reactions of loxoprofen sodium tablets in adjuvant treatment of osteoarthritis

Objective To investigate the effect and adverse reactions of loxoprofen sodium tablets in the adjuvant treatment of osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 150 patients with osteoarthritis admitted to Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the observation objects and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection, 25 mg per week, 5 times as a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses. The observation group was combined with loxoprofen sodium tablets, 60 mg each time, 3 times a day, for 10 weeks. The levels of tumor necrosis factor and interleukin in synovial fluid, pain degree, knee joint function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.33%(73/75), and that of the control group was 84.00%(63/75), the difference was significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS or WOMAC scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the improvement of knee joint pain and pain in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-1 β, IL-6 and TNF-α between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of above-mentioned inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.67%(2/75), which was lower than that(12%,9/75) in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Loxoprofen sodium tablets can effectively treat patients with pain and knee joint symptoms, improve the treatment effect of patients, and the curative effect is exact, which is worthy of reference.
