Comparision of the effects of nano composite resin materials versus light-curing composite resin materials in the cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth

Objective To compare the application effects of nano composite resin materials and light-curing composite resin materials in cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods From February 2019 to April 2020, 92 patients who underwent aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in Shenzhen People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into two groups by a random number table, with 46 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with light-curable composite resin materials for aesthetic restoration, and the patients in the observation group were treated with nanocomposite resin materials for aesthetic restoration. The repair effects(shape of the restoration, color of the restoration, and occlusion of the edge) of the two groups were compared and analyzed, and the satisfaction of the two groups with the restoration(aesthetic degree, comfort level, shape of the restoration, restoration Body color, occlusal degree of edges, individual characteristics), the health indexes of the two groups restoration bleeding index(SBI), gum index(GI)] before and after treatment were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the restoration effect index scores, such as the shape of the restoration, the color of the restoration, and the occlusion of the edge in the observation group all showed a significant trend of improvement(P<0.05). The aesthetics, comfort, and restoration, the morphology of the body, the color of the restoration, the occlusion of the edge, and the personalized characteristics of the restoration satisfaction index in the observation group showed a significant trend of improvement(P<0.05). The SBI and GI of the two groups of patients showed obvious trend of decrease, and the decline trend of the observation group was greater(P<0.05). Conclusions The application effect of nano-composite resin materials in the cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth is significantly better than that of light-curing composite resin materials. It is helpful to improve the aesthetic restoration effect, which can effectively improve the patient’s satisfaction with the restoration effect, and help to create a good and harmonious medicine.
