摘    要:目的:分析比较对恶性梗阻性黄疸双介入法治疗的疗效。方法:本组65例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者,其中30例先行经皮肝穿刺胆管引流术(PTBD)/经皮肝穿刺胆管支架置入术(PTBS),待黄疸缓解后择期再行经皮动脉灌注化疗栓塞术(TACE)/单纯经皮动脉灌注化疗术(TAI),35例只行PTBD/PTBS,比较其生存期和生存率。结果:两组病人生存期、生存率有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:恶性梗阻性黄疸采用双介入法治疗,在延长病人生存期,提高生命质量方面疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze and compare the curative effect of double interventional therapy on malignant obstructive jaudice.Methods:65 patients of malignant obstructive jaudice were included in this group.30 patients underwent percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage(PIBD) or percutaneous transhepatic biliary stent(PTBS) at first,and transcatherter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) or transcatheter arterial intusion(TAI) after jaudice had been relieved.Other 35 patients underwent PTBD or PIBS.The life span and survival rate in two groups were compared.Results:There was significant difference in life span and survival rate between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The double interventional therapy is an effective method for proloning the life span and improving quality of life in patients of malignant obstructive jaundice.
