益气补肾方加减联合黄体酮治疗早期先兆流产疗效观察

目的观察益气补肾方加减联合黄体酮治疗早期先兆流产的疗效。方法 230例早期先兆流产孕妇随机分为两组,治疗组用益气补肾方加减联合黄体酮治疗,对照组用黄体酮治疗,比较两组治疗效果,检测治疗前后两组血清β-HCG及孕酮水平。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05),两组治疗后血清β-HCG、孕酮均显著上升(P0.01),治疗组的孕酮、血清β-HCG明显高于对照组(P0.05,P0.01)。结论益气补肾方加减联合黄体酮治疗早期先兆流产能提高临床疗效。

Clinical Observation of Yiqibushen Decoction Combined with Progesterone in Treatment of Early Threatened Abortion

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqibushen decoction combined with progesterone in treatment of early threat- ened abortion. Methods 230 eases of early threatened abortion pregnant were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were treated with Yiqibushen decoction and progesterone. The control group were treated with progesterone. The clinical effect were compared, the serum 13 - HCG and progesterone level in both groups were detected before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;the serum levels of 15 -HCG and progesterone were significantly increased（ P 〈 0. 01 ） and the serum levels of 15 - HCG and progesterone in treatment group were higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Condusion Yiqibushen decoction combined with progesterone in treatment of early threatened abortion can improve the curative effect.
