益气健脾活血汤联合化疗方案对中晚期胃癌患者的临床观察

目的观察益气健脾活血汤联合化疗对中晚期胃癌患者临床症状,生活质量及其不良反应的影响。方法 80例中晚期胃癌患者按照就诊时间顺序分为两组,对照组采取FMC化疗方案,治疗组在对照组基础上联合益气健脾活血汤治疗。治疗两个月后比较两组近期、远期临床疗效、Karnofsky生活质量评分及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组近期疗效,半年、一年生存率,生活质量评分,不良反应发生率均显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论益气健脾活血汤辅助化疗治疗中晚期癌症患者,不仅能够提高肿瘤治疗效果,降低临床症状,还能够显著提高患者生活质量,降低不良反应发生率。

Clinical Observation of Yiqijianpihuoxue Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy on Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqijianpihuoxue decoction combined with chemotherapy on advanced gastric cancer symptoms, patients＇ quality life and adverse effects. Methods 120 cases of advanced gastric cancer according to treatment time were divided into two groups. The control group received FMC chemotherapy, the treatment group was given Yiqijianpihuoxue decoction based on the control group. Clinical efficacy of short term and long term , Karnofsky score of the quality life , incidence of adverse reactions were compared after two months＇ treatment. Results The short - term efficacy, one year survival rate , incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group were significantly better than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yiqijianpihuoxue decoction combined with chemotherapy on advanced gastric cancer , not only can improve cancer treatment and reduce clinical symptoms , but also can significantly improve patients＇ quality of life, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions , can be used as a novel treatment modalities.
