| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刀整体松解术治疗踝关节陈旧性损伤的临床疗效。方法将60例踝关节陈旧性损伤患者随机分为两组,观察组30例采用针刀整体松解术在踝关节周围治疗;对照组30例采用局部取穴电针治疗。两组均治疗3周后评定疗效。结果观察组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为86.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论针刀整体松解术治疗踝关节陈旧性损伤明显优于对照组。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe curative effect of needle knife overall release in treatment of chronic injuries in the ankle. Methods 60 patients with chronic ankle injury were randomly divided into two groups： observation group of 30 cases treated with needle knife release around the ankle surgery treatment; control group of 30 cases treated with topical find cupping treatment. To evaluate curative effect after treating for 3 weeks. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.7%, markedly effective rate was 90%, total effective rate of control group was 86.7%, markedly effective rate was 73.3%, there had significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Needle knife in treatment of ankle joint chronic injuries is better than that of control group. |
