| 摘 要： | 目的观察清热祛湿解毒中药外洗治疗肺癌靶向药物服药者药物性皮疹的临床疗效。方法 20例病理确诊为肺癌,应用特罗凯治疗后出现皮疹的患者,用中药清热祛湿解毒外洗方于患处外洗30min,15日后观察皮疹变化情况并评价疗效。结果治疗后总有效率达90%,未见不良反应报告。结论清热祛湿解毒中药外洗治疗肺癌分子靶向药物服用者药物性皮疹疗效确切且安全,可供临床选择。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of clearing heat, eliminating dampness detoxification of Chinese medicine washing out in treatment of targeting drug - related rash in lung cancer patients. Methods 20 cases of lung cancer who were recieved Tarceva treatment and confirmed a skin rash were selected, the use of Chinese medicine dampness detoxification wash outside in the affected area and wash outside 30min, after 15 days the rash and evaluation of curative effect were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 90%, no adverse reaction reports. Conclusion Clearing heat,eliminating dampness and detoxification out washing Chinese medicine in treatment of lung cancer molecular targeting drug users drug rash is effective and safe for clinical selection. |
