丹栀逍遥散加减配合西药治疗更年期综合征情志症状疗效观察

目的观察丹栀逍遥散加减配合西药治疗更年期综合征情志症状的临床疗效。方法 46例以情志症状为主的更年期综合征患者随机分为两组,对照组采用乙烯雌酚、谷维素、维生素E治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用丹栀逍遥散加减口服,比较两组临床症状、SAS指数和SDS指数改善情况和不良反应。结果治疗组有效率显著高于对照组(P0.05),治疗后两组的SAS指数和SDS指数均显著改善(P0.05),治疗组SAS指数、SDS指数均显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论丹栀逍遥散加减配合西药能有效治疗更年期综合征,改善患者情志症状,提高临床疗效。

Clinical Observation of Danzhixiaoyao Powder Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Climacteric Syndrome with Emotional Symptoms

Objective To observe the curative effect of Danzhixiaoyao powder combined with western medicine in treating climacteric syndrome with emotional symptoms. Methods 46 cases of climacteric syndrome with emotional symptoms were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were treated with diethylstilbestrol, Gamma - oryzanoland vitamin. The treatment group were treated with Danzhixiaoyao powder based on the control group. SAS and SDS indicators, the condition of improving clinical symptoms and side effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. SAS and SDS indicators in both groups were significantly improved after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）, SAS and SDS index of treatment group were significantly lower than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Danzhixiaoyao powder combined with western medicine can effectively treat climacteric syndrome and improve the emotional symptoms and clinical curative effect.
