| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对主动脉夹层动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法对16例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者进行检查，观察主动脉内膜分离部位、范围及鉴别真假腔。结果16例患者中Ⅰ型6例、Ⅱ型7例、Ⅲ型3例。彩超能够显示真假腔结构及主动脉夹层的范围。结论彩超对主动脉夹层动脉瘤的分型、区分真假腔、夹层范围的观察均优于其他检查，是无创性检查诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasonoscope in the diagnosis of dissecting aneurysm of aorta.Methods 16 cases of aortic dissecting aneurysm were examined.The location of intimal disruption,its scope and the difference between truc and false aneurysm were closely observed.Results Among 16 cases there were 6 cases of Type I,7 cases,type II,and 3 cases Type III.Color ultrasonoscope can show clearly the construction of the true and false aneurysms and the scope of the tunica media vasorum... |
