摘    要:目的 研究bFGEF、CD34的表达与肺癌组织学类型、分化程度之间的关系,并对bFGF进行超微定位。方法 应用bFGF、CD34单克隆抗体及免疫组织学染色方法,观察48例原发性肺癌组织中bFGF及CD34的表达情况。采用免疫电镜技术研究bFGF在肺癌细胞中的定位。结果 bFGF、CD34的阳性表达率与肺癌组织分化程度负相关,CD34在不同组织学类型的肺癌组织中表达差异性显著。bFGF主要定位于肺癌

Abstract:Objective: The paper was to study the relationship of the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), CD 34 with histologic differentiation, histologic pattern of lung carcinoma, and the ultrastructural localization of bFGF. Methods: Immunohistochemistry by monoclonal antibody against bFGF and CD 34 was used to explore the expression of bFGF and CD 34 on 48 cases of primary lung carcinoma. bFGF was localized by immune electron microscopic technique. Results: High expression of bFGF negatively correlates with the differentiation of lung carcinoma. Blood vessel density of CD 34 marker correlates negatively with histologic differentiation, and shows significant difference between various histologic patterns of lung carcinoma. bFGF mainly lies in cytoplasm near membrane. Conclusion: The expression of bFGF and CD 34 may be a marker in assessing the differentiation of lung carcinoma, and the blood vessel of CD 34 may be of significance for diagnosis of different histologic patterns of lung carcinoma.
