| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨酷氨酸蛋白激酶（ＴＰＫ）抑制剂Ｇｅｎｉｓｔｅｉｎ对酸性成纤维细胞生长因子（ａＦＧＦ）诱导的肺腺癌细胞株ＡＧＺＹ－８３Ａ细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法 以不同浓度的ａＦＧＦ刺激ＡＧＺＹ－８３Ａ细胞，再对由ａＦＧＦ引起增殖的细胞施加不同浓度的Ｇｅｎｉｓｔｅｉｎ，用细胞计数器计数细胞，观察Ｇｅｎｉｓｔｅｉｎ对细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果 ａＦＧＦ可使该细胞株增殖比明显增加，而Ｇｅｎｉｓｔｅｉｎ可引起细胞

| Abstract: | Objective:This study was designed to explore the suppressing role of the tyrosine protein kinase(TPK) inhibitor genistein in the proliferation of AGZY 83A cells induced by acid fibroblast growth factor(aFGF). Methods:The AGZY 83A cells were stimulated by adding various concentration of aFGF, and cell proliferation inhibited by various concentration of genistein was determined by cell counter. Results:Cell proliferation was promoted by aFGF with increasing proliferation percentage, but genistein suppressed the proliferation with decreasing percentage. Both of the two substances showed dose dependent manners. Conclusion:We could conclude that aFGF receptor possessed TPK activity. Genistein could more efficiently inhibit the cell proliferation induced by aFGF. |
