| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不同原因所致股骨因坏死在发病年龄、进展速度及预后方面的差异。方法：参考ＡＲＣＯ分期和Ｓｔｅｉｎｂｅｒｇ定量概念对股骨头受累程度进行定量分析。结果：６２例９２个关节，其中创伤性头坏死１８例１８个关节，轻、中和重度受累依次为８个（４４％）、１０个（５６％）、０个；激素性头坏死１８例３２个关节，依次为１２个（３８％）、１０个（３１％）１０个（３１％）；酒精性头坏死１６例２７个关节，依次为９个（
