摘    要:目的:观察诱生型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide-synthase,iNOS)在正常豚鼠耳蜗内的分布,方法:以特异性iNOS抗体,应用免疫组化ABC法结合显微图像定量分析技术,在10只正常豚鼠耳蜗冰冻切片上检测inOS。结果:iNOS的阳性免疫反应产物分布于耳蜗的血管纹、螺旋神经节细胞、Corti器的内、外毛细胞及神经纤维。结论:正常豚鼠耳蜗有iNOS表达,提示iNOS可

Abstract:Objective:This paper was to study the distribution of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in cochlea of normal guinea pigs. Methods:The expression of iNOS was measured with ABC immunohistochemical staining combined with image quantitative analysis technique on frozen sections from cochlea of normal guinea pigs. Results: iNOS staining were observed in the stria vascularis, spiral ganglion cells, outer and inner hair cells of Corti's organ as well as nerve fibers in normal cochlea. Conclusion: iNOS was expressed under physiological conditions in cochlea of guinea pigs. This result suggested that iNOS may be involved in physiological functions in cochlea.
