| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨子宫肌瘤手术治疗的方式选择。方法：对94例子宫肌瘤患者的临床症状进行分析，并探讨手术方式。结果：94例患者中，伴有子宫肌瘤相关症状者52例，占55．3％，无临床症状28例，占29．7％。手术方式以全子宫切除为主。占46．8％。结论：子宫肌瘤患者中有一部分无临床症状，定期体检是早期诊断的主要方法。手术方式应根据患者的年龄、对生育的要求决定并尽量保留卵巢功能。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore treatment methods of uterine leiomyomas. Methods:The clinical data of 94 patients with uterine leiomyomas were analyzed and summarized. Results:Among 94 cases, 52 cases had clinical symptoms(55.3%);28 cases did not have clinical symptoms(29.7%). The main surgical method was total hysterectomy (46.7%). Conclusions:55.3% of the patients had clinical symptoms and 29.7% of the cases without clinical symptom were only diagnosed by physical examination. The physical examination is very import... |
