非霍奇金淋巴瘤Ｓｋｐ２和ｐ２７ｋｉｐｌ表达特点及其临床意义

目的　研究Ｓ期激酶相关蛋白（Ｓｋｐ２）和ｐ２７ｋｉｐｌ在非霍奇金淋巴瘤（ＮＨＬ）中的表达及其与临床特征和预后之间的关系。方法　应用免疫组化方法检测３１例ＮＨＬ患者Ｓｋｐ２和ｐ２７ｋｉｐｌ的表达情况，并研究其与临床特征和生存预后的关系。结果　（１）Ｓｋｐ２蛋白高表达的患者多为Ⅲ ～Ⅳ期和ＩＰＩ高危者；ｐ２７ｋｉｐｌ蛋白高表达患者为ＩＰＩ低危者，但与分期无关。（２）Ｓｋｐ２和ｐ２７ｋｉｐｌ蛋白表达均与Ｂ症状、性别和年龄无关。（３）Ｓｋｐ２和ｐ２７ｋｉｐｌ两者之间无明显相关性（ｒ＝－０.１２６，Ｐ＞０.０５）。（４）Ｓｋｐ２蛋白低表达患者的生存情况明显好于高表达患者（Ｐ＜０.０５），而ｐ２７ｋｉｐｌ蛋白高表达的生存情况也好于低表达患者，但差异无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０.０５）。结论　Ｓｋｐ２高表达提示ＮＨＬ患者的临床特征及预后较差，而ｐ２７ｋｉｐｌ高表达则提示ＮＨＬ患者临床特征及预后较好。

Expression and clinical significance of Skp2 and p27kipl in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of Skp2 and p27kipl in patients with non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma（NHL）.Methods The expression of Skp2 and p27kipl were detected by immunohistochemical staining（SP） assay in 31 NHL cases,and the relation between Skp2 and p27kipl and clinical staging,IPI and prognosis were analyzed.Results（1）The positive expression of Skp2 had relation with high risk IPI,poor clinical staging and short survival time.（2）The positive expression of p27kipl was significantly higher in patients with low risk IPI.（3）There was no correlation between the expression of Skp2 and p27kipl.Conclusion In NHL,the expression of Skp2 protein has relation with poor prognosis and adverse clinical feature,whereas the expression of p27kipl protein indicates good prognosis and clinical feature.
