利多卡因配伍安定在人工流产术中的疗效观察

目的探讨利多卡因配伍安定用于人工流产术,降低人工流产综合征发生率。方法将孕6～10周自愿到门诊行人工流产的孕妇240例,采用双盲法随机分为两组。观察组(120例)采用1%利多卡因宫颈旁注射,同时给安定10mg静脉注射。另外120例仅用1%利多卡因宫旁注射为对照组。结果人流综合征的发生率,观察组为1.7%,对照组为11.7%,(P<0.05),有显著性差异。结论利多卡因配伍安定用于人工流产,与单纯应用利多卡因比较,可缩短时间,减轻疼痛,降低人工流产综合征的发生率。

Effect of lidocaine cooperating with diazepam in induced abortion

Objective:To discuss the effect of compatibility of lidocaine and di azepam on reducing the rate of induced abortion syndrome.Methods:Divide 240 pre gnant women into 2 groups randomly and doule-blindly.One was the observed group (120 cases),which was injected 1%lidocaine beside the uterus and was injected v ena 10mg diazepan before the induced abortion was began.The other was the contro l guoup(120 cases),which was injected 1%Lidocaine beside the uterus only.Result s:The rate of induced abortion syndrome in the observed group was 1.7%and in t he control group was 11.7%(P < 0.05),they had obvious difference.Conclusion:Us ing compatibility of lidocaine and diazepam in induced abortiom can effectively reduce the rate of induced abortion syndrome.
