| 摘 要： | 目的探讨磁敏感加权成像SWI在颅内血管性病变的临床应用价值。方法145例经临床或手术病理证实的脑血管性疾病患者，行MRI及CT检查，MRI检查先行常规T1WI、T2wI、FLAIR系列，并与磁敏感加权成像（sWI）检查序列对比。结朵22（22／145）例蛛网膜下腔出血，SWI序列检出2O例，敏感性90．9％（20／22），FLAIR序列检出15例，敏感性68．2％（15／22），二者对比无显著差异（x^2=3．48，P〉0．05）；T，wI序列检出6例，敏感性27．3％（6／22），T1WI序列检出5例，敏感性22．7％（5／22），二者与SWI序列对比有显著差异（x^2=9．61，P〈0．01），海绵状血管瘤43例，SWI检出43例，敏感性100％，T、WI序列检出18例，敏感性41．9％（18／43），二者对比有显著差异（X^2=33．8，P〈0．01）。结论SWI序列在显示血液产物及静脉血管结构方面较常规序列敏感。
