肝纤维化患者的B超诊断与肝活检病理的对比分析

目的 为了探讨Ｂ超对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化诊断的准确性，本文对１０２例慢性乙型肝炎患者的肝活检病查检查肝纤维化程度与Ｂ超检查结果进行对比分析，以了解及提高Ｂ超对肝纤维化诊断的符合率。

A comparative analysis of patients with hepatic fibrosis by using B-type ultrasonography examination and liver biopsy

Objective To study the accuracy of B-type ultrasonography in diagnosing liver fibrosis of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Liver tissues 1. 5~2. 0 cm of length from the patients were obtained by using automatic puncture gun matched with liver-cutting needle ( 18G) under monitoring of a 3. 5 MHz B-type ultrasonography equipment EUB-40. Then, the tissues were embedded in paraffin, cut successively in 4um and dyed with three-color MASOON. Results There were three-types of liver ultrasonography: normal, rough and uneven echo. But in pathological examination, 55. 6% of the patients with normal ultrasonography had mild or moderate degree of liver fibrosis; 97.1 % of patients with rough ultrasonograpy had various degree of liver fibrosis; 45. 8% and 50. 8% of patients with uneven ultrasonography had heavy degree of liver fibrosis or early cirrhosis, respectively. Conclusion If ultrasound examination of patients with chronic hepatitis B shows rough or uneven echo of liver, the diagnosis of liver fibrosis or early cirrhosis should be considered.
