流行性乙型脑炎患儿血清及脑脊液β2-微球蛋白检测的临床意义

目的：探讨β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)在流行性乙型脑炎发生中的作用。方法：采用放射免疫分析法对48例流行性乙型脑炎患儿及12例正常对照的血清及脑脊液β2-MG水平进行了检测。结果：初期各型患儿血清及脑脊液中β2-MG即显著增高，其增高程度与病情严重程度呈正相关，恢复期血清β2-MG降至正常。结论：β2-MG参与了流行性乙型脑炎的发病过程，可作为估计流行性乙型脑炎病情及预后的一项重要指标。

The clinical significance of beta-2-microglobulin in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of epidemic encephalitis B children

Objective:To evaluate the role of beta-2-microglobulin in the development of eqidemic encephalitis B.Methods:Forty-eight cases of epidemic encephalitis B children were divided into medium and severe types and beta-2-microglobulin was measured in their serum and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) by radio-immunoassay(RIA).Twelve cases of control study was taken simultaneously.Results:At initial period,the serum and CSF concentrations of beta-2-microglobulin in forty-eight cases of epidemic encephalitis B patients were higher than that of the controls( P <0.01).And the increasing degree was consistent with the severity of the disease.Then the serum concentrations of beta-2-microglobulin decreased to normal levels at convalescence.Conclusion:Beta-2-microglobulin takes part in the development of epidemic encephalitis B.So it can be considered as an important marker of assessment of severity and prognosis of epidemic encephalitis B.
